There was once a time when I used to wish I had an active social life... But now it's getting rediculous.  I'm ALWAYS doing something.  Every last day off, every last weekend off is booked and double booked and triple booked from here to kingdom come.  I'm actually finding myself craving some time to just clean my house and do groceries... You know, normal every day things that get left behind when all you ever do is go out or have people over.  My diet has suffered large, too, because when you go out what do you do?  Well I know what I do, I eat.  We go for coffee, or lunch, or breakfast, or dinner, or drinks... It always involves the consumption of something that doesn't fit into the diet.  Grar.  I'm not really complaining, as I do enjoy being social.... I guess I'm just starting to miss having the time to just sit and xanga or read, you know? 

Anyways, I'm at work right now just waiting for the POS clock to hit 9:30 (if I sign out any earlier, even if it's like 9:29:59, I'll get dinged for 15 minutes.)

Okay, I REALLY haven't been able to keep up much lately. Unfortunately my email became so completely backlogged with xanga subscriptions, that I just ended up having to delete some without reading... I appologise, guys!

Anyhow, my last workout was Wednesday night. My weigh-in was 206.4... I think that's a woo hoo. It's not the greatest, but it's not up where I thought it was gonna be.

I threw my back out on Friday, and not seeing much sign of improvement, so I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to get back to the gym. Also, since we're not really gonna have much money for any real groceries this week, the diet is gonna suffer. I had to do some creative grocery shopping at my parents house, but that means that I now have Kraft Dinner and canned beefaroni to sustain us for the week... eek!

I'll try to keep up more this week! See y'all later!

I haven't had a lot of time lately to do much of anything... including blogging.  I'm at work right now, so I have to make this one quick (I'm jonesing for xanga... I gotta blog or I'll explode! he he)

This week is going to be a rough ride.  Paul and I went to the cottage on the weekend, and ate pretty much nothing but crap while up there.  We didn't have much choice, the cottage is in the middle of bummsville nowhere... it doesn't even have a nearby grocery store (though there is a conveniently located LCBO in the little general store). 

There are no groceries in the house right now, and no money to buy any.  My baby spinach is starting to liquify, and besides that I have milk, tuna, salsa and melba toast.  Looks like my meals this week are going to consist of melba with the salsa-tuna concoction on them.  Yum.... Well, I do have a box of Kraft Dinner in the cupboard, but I'd like to avoid it if possible.  I ate a can of Chef Boyardee Beefaroni last night after work, and I think that should be my carbs for the week.

Here we go.  I'm supposed to go to the gym tonight, so if I do I'll be back afterwards with my weigh-in... scary.  My weigh-in is gonna SUCK this time around!

Oh Jebus... I've been a naughty little putty-tat. Although I have been eating my healthy things, like raw veggies, salads, melba toasts and whatnot, I have also consumed a fair amount of refined sugar over the past 4 days.... Bad Jessy! BAD!!

My mom bought me a white-chocolate Mr. Fluffy for easter, and even though it's not easter yet, I ate him. It took me two days and I did share some, but most of him went into my tummy. I've also had regular sugar instead of sweetener in about half the coffees I've drank over the last four days. On Sunday I went to the Ontario Science Centre with some friends and got a meatball sub for lunch... Sure I got it on Whole Wheat, but that's still bread which I'm supposed to be avoiding. Today for lunch I got a chicken burger with fries and a pop.... and tonight I went to Tim Hortons and got a coffee with regular sugar because I didn't feel like sweetener, and I got two timbits (6=1 doughnut).

So, yeah. I don't look forward to my next weigh in. I don't even know when I'll be able to get to the gym again, as I've been coming home so late this week, I haven't had a chance to go, or to wash my gym clothes (eeeeew). Maybe I can dig up something clean to bring to work tomorrow and go after work. It's already Wednesday tomorrow, and I haven't been yet this week! EEK!

I hate this love of eating yummy things. I just like eating. I like having something to do with my hands, and eating is such a pleasurable way to occupy time. Gah. I love everything about eating... It's so comforting. I feel so at home when I'm eating.... boo hoo hoo!

Oh well.... I hope I haven't knocked myself right back to square one.
I'll try to be better this week!

PS... look at my pic... I'm only 24 but I look like I'm already in need of BOTOX!!! GAH!!!

LOL!  I would never actually get Botox done... at least not until I'm AT LEAST 30!  ha ha ha!
